Sterts actively encourages new performers of all ages, no matter what their experience or background. Check this website for updates on forthcoming in-house productions and unleash your theatrical inner-self by taking part in one of our plays or musicals. We'd also love to hear from you if you know your amps from your ohms as we're always on the lookout for technicians and backstage crew, too. Get in touch if you'd like to join our team!

Sterts Volunteers

Thanks to all our volunteers, Sterts thrives and it's not all about standing in the spotlight on stage. Throughout the year scores of people give up their free time to help keep the theatre running. On show nights it's a hub of activity with stewards in the car park, the front of house team welcoming the audience and our booking office volunteers issuing tickets. In the winter there are always jobs to be done; gardening, painting, maintenance...the list is endless! Can you help?
