Steph started her life in theatre as a freelance stage manager working for various different theatres and companies. In 2009 she gained a permanent position for the brilliant Cornish theatre company Kneehigh as Company Stage Manager and worked with them for over a decade, touring their classic show all over the UK and the rest of the world as well as spending the summers managing the shows for their famous Asylum summer series. In 2011 she was awarded SMA Stage Manager of the Year.
In 2018 Steph stage managed Emma Rice's first independent show Wise Children at London's Old Vic Theatre. In March 2020 she moved to the company permanently to pursue her new role as General Manager.

Tom Jackson Greaves

After growing up in Cornwall Tom began professional dance training at Laban and London Contemporary school where he trained as a performer. Tom Joined Mathew Bourne's New Adventures company and toured Cinderella, Nutcracker, Early Adventures and Sleeping Beauty throughout the UK, Europe and the USA. Tom was runner-up in New Adventures Choreographer Award and used that to launch his choreographic career with show "Vanity Fowl" at Sadlers Wells Theatre, in September 2012. Since then Tom has had a whole heap of choreography and movement direction work including working on shows at The Soho Theatre, London Palladium, Shakespeare's Globe, Southwark Playhouse, RSC, UK tours, Kneehigh & more. This year Tom created, choreographed and performed in a short film for Kneehigh theatre company "The Neon Shadow" and is currently in rehearsals for "West End Musical Christmas" to be performed in London's West End this Christmas!
