Take your seat
The main performance area is a natural amphitheatre covered by a giant tent that keeps you dry in the Cornish rain, so it's like the outdoors but inside. During evening performances, once the sun goes down, it can get a bit chilly so bring something warm to wear and maybe a blanket to keep you cosy. The 400 seat amphitheatre is lined with wooden benches, so it's a good idea to bring a comfy cushion or you can borrow one for a small donation. During our Autumn and Winter seasons most of our programme takes place at Sterts Studio, an intimate theatre space located within the main building next to the cafe and bar
Food and drink
Ice creams and confectionery are available and there's a well-stocked bar in the main building. We have lovely grounds where you can enjoy your own picnic and we don't mind if you bring a little something to eat and drink into the theatre either. Many of our regular visitors enjoy a glass of wine and some nibbles during a performance.
Facilities
Reserved parking, wheelchair access and toilet facilities are provided for disabled visitors.
Baby changing facilities are available in the reception building
There is FREE CAR PARKING on site. Before sell-out shows this fills up very quickly. Please park considerately so that we don't upset our neighbours.
We welcome coach parties. Please notify the Box Office in advance.
